Flight Tickets

  • Non-refundable
  • Tickets can be kept on hold and rescheduled within 365 days (for Vietjet: 180 days)
  • Date changes are subject to airline regulations and may incur additional fees

Hotels & Cruises

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to each hotel's or cruise's policy
  • We will support you in reviewing and processing these policies on a case-by-case basis

Group Tours

  • Free cancellation: up to 2 days before departure
  • 50% cancellation fee: for cancellations made before 06:00 PM (GMT +7) the day prior to departure
  • 100% cancellation fee: for cancellations made after 06:00 PM (GMT +7) the day prior to departure

Private Tours

  • Free cancellation: up to 2 days before departure
  • 50% cancellation fee: for cancellations made within 4-7 days before departure
  • 100% cancellation fee: for cancellations made within 3 days of departure
  • Note: In case of cancellation within 3 days, a small partial refund may be issued for non-fixed services such as meals or entrance tickets. This amount is usually minimal and will be calculated individually at the time of cancellation
